I'm pretty sure i've seen 1/4 in a local store, home hardware style. you should check it out if no one has them. g1/4 too

You already got the 1/4" barbs from SuperG, but for the Ys it may be more difficult. You need a pair of those (NCIX.com - Buy Polypropylene Y 3/8IN Barbs - DDPFY3 In Canada.), but in the 1/4" size.

from what my water cooling master told me, as long as it's not alu, you are fine.

Visit your local hardware shop.. Once you have the tubing, visit them, I'm sure you'll find something. Honestly Home Depot or Rona here have tons of those Y adatpers., I'm sure they would also in your city..
