I am looking around for a couple 90 degree barb, I found these http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...cture=Koolance but I'm not sure if the OD is correct. I am thinking about looking at home depot or a plumbing shop?
Like MPG said, if you have clearance for 2 holes and go through the case lower (having the barbs on the bottom of the rad), I'd go for that.

As for 90* elbows, you need those: http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...e=Danger%20Den

The Koolance elbows are specific for the Koolance systems.

John

edit: forgot to add that once the 2 holes are drilled and that the 2 grommets (the 2 black rubber pieces) are installed, if you want to easily install the tubing: simply wet the inside of the grommets with regular water. The tubing will slide easily.

These are cool, but you need barbs in addition to the delrin 90.

No way to mount those directly to the rad is there?

Danger Den G1/4 High Flow Fitting - Male to Male Thread

The Swifttech rads are all g1/4 now, right? PPC has these double-male G1/4 fittings available which would probably do the trick. Never seen them available up here in Canada, tho. And no bets on what direction the elbow would be aimed once you finished tightening them down.
