i dont know if you realy need to know that, but your block is an DD tdx, look like the old version with the bracket for lot of socket...

To answer your question. It will work for you fine. Although you still need GPU and chipset blocks which i don't see on the picture. I would also update CPU block.

Yeh,I am updating this updating this unit for a newer rig. so new blocks all around. and thanks on the info aboutthe CPU block, now i can get new bracets and a backplate for it. as for the coolant....... its desil anti-freeze... and supprisingly works ok. where do you get de ionized water by the way?

I'd suggest putting the bit of money into getting a newer block as that one doesn't work too well with the load from a quad core, and will definitely struggle to keep up with a highly clocked i7.

I'm going to tone down my QX9750 when i transfer that block to it. and am getting a new block for my core I7.
