In the first pics you can see the 60mm fan installed on the MB with sleeved wires

This is as of tonight. The Thermochill res just wouldnt pic up properly, so the pump was always starving. I fought with it for a while, and when i stood it up as 'taped' here, it worked fine plus the flow will be visible through the side window. Ill be making up a bracket to hold the res and a bracket for the front rad tomorrow night

Other updates, thankyou to the guys with your suggestions on how to remove the double sided taped backing plate from the TT CPU block. The EK didnt come with a backing plate so i left the TT one on, problem solved. So far only major worry is that when moving one of the lines (had to drain and disconnect to move the res) one of the lines still had a fair amount of water in it and its splashed on the back of the two vid cards Its plain distilled water for now, so hopefully wont hurt it too bad (fingers shall be crossed). I dried it as best i could and blew air over it with a duster can. And yes ill be getting some nuke or whatever it is you add to the dis water . Ill be doing a fair bit more work to clean it up. I doubt itll come close to any of your clean rigs, but im trying for a fairly clean install

Its on 24hr leak test now, the MCP350 is practically silent, which is why i wanted a res i could see the flow But im sure that many fans will bring the noise back a notch

Hopefully tomorrow this time, i can bring it up stairs to the office and see if itll boot for me..... first time trying to setup raid.... if anyone knows a decent tutorial for rookies, please point it out to me!! :help:.

I would change that 90 degree fitting with 45 degree one.

Good job!

Thanks guys.

Daz i was cautious of that too, but watching the flow into the res, its seems to run fine. I was worried as the 90 bend is kinda early in my loop, and if its slowing it down it would slow the rest of the system, but it flows really nicely. If you look closely at the res, you can see the water pouring over the divider. It was running a leak test when i took the pics. So baring no leaks, its systems go tonight Say a little prayer for me wont you guys?!

It is not that.... black fitting is just like a sore vs. shiny chrome
