Nice, i would be interested in some platting as well maybe.
Do they use the method where its all evened out? or clumped up at the corners?

I've never used them before, but they are highly reputable in the Toronto area.

Maybe we could organize a group plating. This would probably get us a better rate and I'd be willing to take peoples' blocks for them and get us a quote and stuff.

I would be in for a group plating, although it may be difficult to coordinate things for those of us not in the GTA.

How is the performance? Would it be worth upgrading from a 1 year Apogee GTX? Could you possibly grab a snapshot of the backplate?

To judge from the more structured testing that's been done, performance is excellent, although it seems to really shine on the newer i7 systems most of all. You might see a degree or two over your GTX, but nothing earth-shattering, and it would be unlikely to affect your overclock.

Yeah, we'd have to either have them shipped to me or do a central meeting location for drop off on a set day prior to the plating.
