Default Anybody claimed warranty for watercooling gear got at NCIX?

Guys, I wonder if anybody had any luck for warranty claims on watercooling parts purchased trough NCIX.

I have Xchanger 360 that I got in February, which is loosing 1sm of water a day (from EK reservoir). When I put the other unit problem is gone....

I logged in to my account but it has following message:

28901 Feser One X-360 TFC Xchanger Triple 120MM Water Cooling Radiator G1/4 This product is a consumable, warranty varies depending on the manufacturer. NCIX offers no warranty on consumable products.
Did anybody had experience with it, or you just eat it?

You'd have to contact the manufacturer to see what kind of warrantee they offer. I wouldn't expect too much from a rad though unless it was doa.

I have had many problems with NCIX myself have have traded words with them a few times. Once in awhile I will still order from there if I truly need something but most of my orders come from PPC's. Hank treats me pretty damn good there. Might be because I feed his whole family line but yeah still nice though.

P.S. If your low on copper eating the rad may be an option...
