hmm, so wetting the hardware when it's off doesn't harm it?

Oh and when I'm testing it, can I just use plain tap water just for the test? Don't want to waste some of my liquid Coolant.

Negative, unless you want all crap in the tap water to end up on your blocks. Use distilled water from grocery store.

My 1200 is WC. I think you should mount the dual rad inside the front, (take out 2 lower HD bays) Its a lot cleaner looking and is basically hidden. I have 4 scythes mounted on mine, and the stock case fans also push air through the rad.

Okay I'll use distilled...

Thanks for the tip for the Antec btw. Can a triple Rad fit into there? Probably not lol, I should just stick with dual rad.

BTW, besides the rad's, how many other fans do you use and where do you put them? I want the least as possible, I hate fans

I use a total of 7, 5 of those being located on my radiators. I have an intake at the back so that fresh air runs over my ram and into my top mounted rad and an exhaust in the front to expel heat from my harddrive and fan controller and pump.

Run em at ~1100RPM(S-flex) and they are basically silent.

K, so I'll go with Double Rad so I need 2 of those Noctua fans. How much of all that stuff in my list do I need? Is the list set and read for ordering? Anything else I'm missing before I order?

Ha-ha, the only suggestion use my store LOL!

On serious note, looks OK. It's hard to get 100% sure anyway. Always some small stuff get forgotten for somebody's particular situation.
