I'm partial to Swiftech's ramsinks, as they work well, and are easy to cut into smaller sizes with a dremel cutting wheel. That said, I have yet to see any sink who's adhesive I truly trust. I've always used either thermal epoxy or a tiny dab of hot glue gun to one edge.

I'd recommend the Enzotechs as well NCIX.com - Buy Enzotech BMR-C1 Forged Copper BGA Memory Heatsinks for Video Card Memory 8 Pack W/ Thermaltape - BMR-C1 In Canada. but NCIX seems to be out of stock.

I've used the Enzotech tall and short ramsinks as well as the smaller mosfet heatsinks. The adhesive works great for one application, but for more than that you'll need to replace it. I also have used their south bridge heatsink on a few motherboards. They all work great. You can touch them and actually feel the heat from the component (it felt a huge amount hotter than the stock heatsink on either my DFI X38-T2R or Asus P5Q-E, unfortunately it doesn't fit on my current board).
