Default Socket 1366 block

I have the Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultima Universal CPU Liquid Cooling Kitand was wondering if there was a way to set this up with a core i7 cpu.....

If so, what water block is the best to use?

all you would need is the apogee GTZ core i7 hold down plate (is that what its called?)
