MCR120/220 - yes, but be careful, since the holes for the fittings are countersunk, and the stock orings on the comp fittings may not be thick enough to seal 100%. This problem comes up with the GTZ water block as well. For best assurances, hit up your local auto/plumbing store and get some thicker o-rings to use.
XSPC Restop - no guarantees on the comp fitting working on the outlet. It's angled upwards slightly, and the top edge of the fitting's base may be blocked by the walls of the reservoir. Stupid design, imo.
