I've been water cooling for many years and never had the need for a pressure relief valve, well except the time my pump blew up and blew the sides off my polycarbonate res and started on fire. Filters are a waste too, if you need those you have bigger problems.

Perhaps round EK reservoirs is safer choice, that square Swiftech's!

One more reason to power down at night... I've personally repaired 2 systems that actually were on fire ( both were mosfets on the mobo's BTW)
