Think you could heatsink the ends just before the compressions? The frayed sleeving doesn't look too great IMO. So if you heatshrinked it, it would make it look much better

Though I don't really like the colour. I think if it was silver or black it would be good.

Well used some blue heatshrink ( dont have the size in black) and sharpied them black.
Turned out alllright till I order some black.

Just passed the 2 hour mark in my leaktest , never got a leak passed 1 hour but I will still go the full 24.

I used some cork 1/8" thick, in between my mount and the case side where it is mounted to and it is dead silent. Quieter than when it was stock ( before the modkit) so very happy.

Its looking great so far! Not a fan of the sleeving(just my personal opinion), BUT I'm really digging the contrast of red and black that the new Yate Loons provide. Also the bulgin/vandal resistant switches look pimp.

I gotta ask though, whats up with the mATX motherboard? Why not get a full size ATX motherboard? Any particular reason? I'm just curious? I wonder how many questions I can fit in this paragraph?

The mobo will be upgraded to a deceint am3 when its time.

The mobo installed is my older htpc mobo since my main went south and took my 9950be with it so until I upgrade this 8750 and POS mobo will have to do.

I dont see the point in grabbing a ddr2 mobo right now.

We will see if the sleaving will stay after I power the rig up.

Right now I am useing a jumped psu so the 4 ccfl uv arent lit. If the tubes show threw the sleeving I might keep it if not deff going to go.

I dont run coolent (99.9% silver coil) so draining is no big deal.

I totally agree with you here! Its only a matter of time that DDR3 supplants DDR2, hell its already happening!

Awesome, I hope your leak testing goes well. Its really just my personal taste, I never saw the whole sleeving the tubez hoopla when murdermods started to do it. I like to see the liquid in my tubez.

Pure distilled water, its the only way to fly!

Coolants in my mind are just a waste prying on the uninformed.

Well time to rip it down and do a full cleaning, going to drop the intake led fans and go with a couple of nf-s12's. Be dropping the coolermaster cooldrive6, hell it is about 5 years old time to move on and lose the sleaving , going with black primochill tubing this time. I also think I am going to burnout the PSU's stupid x-mass led's and go for a blacked out effect.
