Not mine so I'm not 100% sure, I THINK it's enaberif's, I found it as an example in the Watercooling gallery thread.

If I had to guess I'd say it's the XSPC restop(linky). As for the height: Dimensions: 73x62x96mm plus whatever the pump size is.

@OP: Another option you can take is this, same idea and quite attractive imo.

Hmm, I'll probably go with saving the money and just adjusting my current design.
