Also make sure that your tubing is "floppy" around the pump so that it doesn't transmit vibrations through your loop.

I have a DDC3.2 at 7V and with a short piece of tubing to my PA120.3 mounted on the floor, I hear a low hum resonating in my case. If I reroute it so it flops on the tubing, the sound disappears.

What about sticking a little chunk of spare tubing under the pump? Partially compressed, would it stop the vibrations, or is it too stiff?

You"ve isolated the pump from the case but have you isolated the nuts and bolts also. Try some rubber washers wherever metal contacts metal. Washers available @ hardware store eg. HD

Thats wierd. I just stuck some of that sticky foam on the bottom of mine, its about a quarter inch thick pad, and the pump is pure silent. I dont even know my loop is running unless i touch the pump.

I loosened the nuts, much quieter, I will just ditch them completely after I find some foam tape...

Just a follow up, my pump is now almost silent after doing this. The zap-strap is probably not necessary, but I carry my box to my workbench quite often and didn't want the pump sliding around. So, +1 to gel-stuff!
