1/2" tubing has a 3/4" wall, which takes a lot of space inside a case; and the temp difference between 3/8" and 1/2" is minimal. As for pumps, I mostly use aftermarket tops anyway.

Ah I see, yes the thick walled tubing really takes up a lot of room.

I don't think it really matters how much space I take up in a case that's the size of a small beer fridge...

I know I could have gone 3/8 all the way through, but I think that the TWO video cards (overclocked) will run the temp of the water up pretty good. So, that's why I went 1/2". And the cost difference is nominal.

What fans do you guys use on your computers? I'm thinking of getting some Scythe fans, but $20 each is a lot of money, especially when the case needs 7 of them!!!

Or, should I just put the really good, quiet ones on the rad, and put the fans I have (a bunch of misc fans) on the other holes and just drop the speed to nothing?

One more thing...my buddies and I were talking about hose clamps. I'm thinking of going with worm drive clamps from Canadian Tire...input?

ALSO...How much more cooling do you get from a 3 x 120 rad vs a 2 x 120? Is it substantial? Has anyone here ever done a dual rad system?

Thanks again...pics coming next week...

I've been using 1350 RPM Yate Loons on all of my WC builds. Not the top performer, but pretty decent for the price.
