Sorry to go OT, MpG what is the main difference btw the Black Ice Xtreme GTX360 and the Black Ice GTX360.. And would you pick it over the MCR320

Both is the same, the exact name is Black Ice GTX360. Those are great radiators with a excellent finish but the fins is very tight so you need some 38mm fans to cool it. A MCR320 is also a great radiator for the price.

Oops I meant GTX 360 and Black Ice Xtreme 3.. Yes the MCR320 is a very nice rad too.

How hard are you pushing this rig? How high are you clocking it? If you're doing something like folding, you could quite possible push both procs and both GPU's to near 100% steady, which will could easily mean over 600W of heat needing to be dumped by the radiator.
How much noise are you willing to put up with? How high do you want to clock this rig?

I'm stuffing all this into an NZXT Rogue, aprox 36cm inside from end to end. (working out of town, cant measure) so even if the length works, I'd still have other things to consider.

My goal is 4ghz+, and yeah it will fold, perhaps not 24/7 (depends on heat and noise).

My big obstacle is actually time, I'm barely home and usualy have more pressing things to get done before going off to the next job.

Black Ice Xtreme is their older line, the GTX (Generation Two Xtreme) is the replacement. And what Xilicon said - the GTX360 likes higher powered fans.

Haven't seen any empirical tests done, but HWL labs claims the newer model outperforms the old one by "up to 45%" across the board. The older ones have louvred fins, which I've always understood to help with slower fans, but their fins are both thicker and denser, which says "Fast fans".
