But really Magic, I still think you should be fine with 1 MCP pump to handle 2 radiators really.. It's a pretty powerful pump..

I guess we just need MpG to clarify this... *sits in anticipation*

As for the EK blocks, Blackice has assured me hes shipped the pump I bought at his FS thread so I should have the extra MCP655 pumps by next week- =one for the GPU loop and one for the cpu loop.

I think an MCP655 will be fine for 1 rad, an EK GPU block and a cpu for anyone looking at that.
Yes, 1 pump for 2 big blocks (CPU/GPU) is the most we can go. When we get to 3 or more, it's better to split the loops but you can afford to have a smaller rad for the GPU since they aren't temp bound but voltage bound. The CPU need the coldest water temp.

The main question is to know if you have room for 2 loops since it take a lot of room with 2 pumps and 2 radiators.

Xilikon your right it takes a lot of room.

Both my rads will be mounted externally, the case has a fair bit of room inside for the res and two pumps. In the future though its either techstation, TJ07, blackpearl, or a mountainmods case to hold all this. Currently its going to look like the Ateam have been working on it after an all night party.

It's not the rads, it's those GPU blocks specifically.

I'm running both my CPU and GPU in the same loop with a pair of rads, and only using a little DDC 3.1 pump, but I'm still getting over 1.5gpm. But that's because I deliberately used blocks with low restriction. If I'd used one of those EK GPU block instead, things wouldn't be nearly as comfortable. If I had a second card with one of those blocks on it... ouch.

If you only want the blocks for their looks, then I wouldn't worry about it. But if you're serious about temperatures, your CPU cooling is probably going to suffer a little from the reduced flow.

MPG thanks for the advice, I'm going to use two MCP655's. Its good to know about the rads though, not so much the EK blocks you mentioned earlier.

Looks are nice but I want to learn how to push the system more. I'd originally posted here as I wasn't sure the extra MCP655 I'd ordered in a FS thread was going to be delivered... needed to know if 1 MCP655 could do the job.

1 is more than enough, look at the loop I'm pushing with one.
Passive watercooling...

Flow is great. The pump is rated to 50 psi. My loop is giving about 6-8 in back pressure.

Squeetard, I love what youve done there.

Techstation is definitely where I'd like to go, although my dog does shed a bit. After what MPG and Xilikon have said it wouldnt surprise me if 2 EK blocks would slow the flow even more than the condenser you have included though.

I have 1 MCP655 vario version already and am using 1/2inch tubing. I also have all the parts now minus the extra pump. The EK blocks were quite pricey though, although I got a good deal on one of them. Really keen to build but had issues getting that 2nd pump.

what size of tubing will be using?
