Cheap PCI E Card for 300 watt power supply???

My wife is a non gamer yet she plays tetris, cubis, solitaire and any other non graphic intensive games so up until now her mobo graphics have been fine.

She just got Lost the Game and it tells her she needs minimum shader model 3.0 to view it (her on board graphics support shader model 2.0).

I need a cheap graphics card that won't tax her 300 watt power supply and give her the ability to play this game...

Any recommends would be appreciated...

Money is tight so cheaper the better...

AGP or PCI-E?
