My System Specs

Default His 4850 Iceq4

Has anyone had a chance to take a look at this card?
I've been wondering if it would be worth waiting for, to pick two up and throw them into CF.

I know its not the same card, but does anyone here use the ICEQ3 3870's? How well do the stock coolers work? how is airflow in CF?

EDIT----
Im finally home, here is the ICEQ4

I've got the 3870 ICEQ3 and I've been happy with it, although it suffers from the same "fan not ramping up on auto" issues as every other ATI card I've had for the last couple of years.

The only think i'm wondering about is if I would be better served to get 2 stock cooled 4850's and throw that twin turbo cooler on each, or get 2 ICEQ4's... I'm torn... Need to see reviews for each first.... because there is practically nothing online about the ICEQ4's

I can provide feedback on 3870 iceq. Cooler looks nice but it is nothing special. I did find the iceq cards to clock a little better on average than other 3870 though. Volt modding was a hassle because of non-reference design. Extra OCP mods that were not easy were required.

Odd, I never had this issue on my IceQ3 Turbo 3850. It worked exceptionally well and if I didn't already have 2 4850's, I'd consider getting the IceQ4; although I guess I could go CF in either of my PCs running the 4850.
