Default GTX260 SP increase

nVidia likes to add confusion to its GPU lineup.
They did the same thing with the 8800gts
The GTX260 is apparently getting a SP bump from 192 --> 216
Maybe they will call it the GTX260+ ?

lol,

It will be interesting to see how much of a performance increase this will make.
And what that will do to the price...

My System Specs

LOL - on current games ? Probably nothing noticeable - There is only so much your eyes can see - and the card initially delivers very playable frame rates - plus some people have bottlenecking - so really this is another way to make more money from unsuspecting suckers - I can see it right now, people with their 260 rushing to buy the 260+, really that would be a stupid thing to do - I wonder raelly if nVIDIA is taking the opportunity to replace the faulty chips and hiding it with this so-called improvement, which most people will not notice anyways - unless they monitor their FPS :D

BTW, this is uncofirmed yet.
