SKYMTL. This worked for me in CoD with my 4850. Now I have a gtx 260 and in WaW it gives a slight increase but it really screws up the water rendering.

Interesting. Several years ago I had a laptop with an Nvidia 6100. Playing COD2, when I enabled the "optimize for SLI" option, my framerate went up by a small amount. I do remember getting more tearing though.
