Ranking GPU cores-limiting ocs
Are companies like EVGA more carefully binning/"ranking" all its cores beforehand before assigning them to the various over-clocked or standard GPUS?
Because the standard core would then barely make the grade you cant oc it much. You then have to pay for a core that gos faster.
