You need something that looks like this:

As yo ucan see, on the left hand side of GPU Tweak, much like with Afterburner, there's a logging window with graphs. Use that to see what kind of clocks you are hitting.

Ok here is a copy of it after uigine did it's benchmark test.

Looks like 1438 is the constant and you're not running into a Voltage or Power limit. You're good to go!
