Default Whether Dual core processor supports Directx 11.1 or 11.2

Hello Everyone,

My System configuration is
Intel Original MotherBoard
Dual core Processor 2.3 GHz
DDR2 2GB RAM
500GB Hard Disk
Windows 8 operating system.

I already used XFX Geforce 9500 GT Nvidia 1 GB Graphics card. Now i need to buy new Nvidia Graphics card with Directx supported Version of 11.1 or 11.2. for gaming purpose only.

I need to play Battlefield, and higher end games

Whether Dual core processor supports Directx 11.1 or 11.2 ?

If supports means please suggest any Nvidia Graphics card.

My Budget is 3000 rupees to 4000 Rupees.

Valuable comments are appreciated.

DX is totally down to your GPU, any latest gen card will have dx 11 support.

I need the context for that signature line...it's been slowing testing my curiosity for some time now.

Large female dogs, and it should be life, not wife.

Ah, I swear I could feel my brain nearing aneurysm trying to figure out how that line came up.

As mentioned, directx is graphics card dependant, not CPU. Any new graphics card will support dx11. Which version of battlefield do you want to play? Newer versions will be difficult with only 2gb ram and an older dual core CPU.

there is no dx 11.2. dx 11.1 is for win 8 11 for win 7.
BF2 and 2142 1943 heros and bf2 online one then a dual core will work ok, but, 2.3Ghz is slow for any cpu that plays or wants to play any modern game. ddr2 2gb is not going to help performance at all, unless its ddr2 1333 speeds which I highly doubt.

Anyways, a new gpu that supports dx11, hmm, that would be a gtx 600 or 700 series card, You did not state which cpu you are using so I would recommend a 660Ti or 750Ti Nvidia card, but I prefer Radeon so I will recommend firstly R7 265.

Myself I ran an overclocked core 2 E8400 with 4gb 1066 ram and a 4870 to a 6870 and it played everything I could think of really well, but, it would not handle badcompany 2 or bf3 very well at all, so I do know what I am talking about, and unless you have some magical cpu there, if an e8400 could not do well trying to play modern "higher end games" an old dual core at 2.3Ghz is going to fall on its face trying.

Don't ask more then your system is able to give, it will just frustrate you, play games it can handle, or save up money and make a more modern system that will not have trouble with modern things.

Uhm.. yes there is..
DirectX - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As said above, GPU defines what dx version you'll be able to run but your cpu etc will bottleneck pretty much anything but the lowest end new GPU's. If it'll run the card at all.

+1

it looks like you are running a 775 rig. 4000 rupees is about $70 CDN or $65 USD. That is not much for a video card to run any modern game. A good video card to run BF4 is around $100 CDN like an AMD 250X.
You are looking for a overhaul on your system if you want to play the latest battlefield as a dual core cpu will not play well.
