Default Club 3D GPU's?

Has anyone had any experience with the Club 3D GPU's? I gather that they are breaking in to the NA market after being a player in Europe for many years. I'm curious how their customer service and warranty support are?

No idea. Personally, I'd go with one of the more established brands for now but their prices are quite appealing.

Call me insane but if you want to sell your GPUs in Canada or the EU for that matter, you should have a French option on your website.

Past that, I don't see any North American options in their RMA information.

Yeah... I shudder when I think back on the bad old days of companies like Sapphire requiring us to drop our own coin to ship stuff to Asia for RMA. In many cases it made the warranty worthless due to both shipping costs and the long wait for a replacement part.

These days, if I know that an RMA is going to be processed and have a new card back in my rig in under 14 days (MSI comes to mind) I don't have to come up with a replacement. If it's going overseas, I know it's probably going to take 1+ months at best so I'd end up buying a replacement anywise.

That is essentially my concern. Which is really too bad if that turns out to be the case. Since (besides their extremely gaudy logo design) they appear to manufacture a well built product.

TTL does seem to talk them up when he gets to review them.

Call me crazy, but I like knowing the MTBF of the caps on video cards. Can't find it on their website.
