Default Shadowplay with Cs go shrinks output resolution

Just picked up a 770 and testing shadowplay. I'm running 1440p using manual record and high settings. On bf4 it's working fine however when I try it on Cs go, the output gets shrunk to 1920x540. I have a video below. Has anyone came across this before?

I have a GTX670 and a 1200p monitor and I have the same issue but it shrinks to 1920x600. I haven't read that anyone else is experiencing this nor have I come across a fix.

I checked the GeForce Forums and some posted same issue but it seems to be a problem with valve games.
