Man, I just wish I could have one of those right now. You would be looking at about $225/day in litecoin if you had the big one.

But of course once these hit then it will be like bitcoin and you won't be able to make any money with just gpu's.

dude, 5 Mh/s can be achieved with 7 or 8 7970's - it's just slightly less expensive then video cards themselves at the moment. It's not a huge mining boost over typical GPUs

The power draw of 7 AMD 7970... I do not want to think about it.

Noms. Nice to see it actually came through without hassle whatsoever. Sadly after being stable on CaVirtEx at under $800 for a while, BTC jumped up to $870 in the past two days...

I got a total system power draw of 590 watts with two R9 280X's. So 2,360 watts with 4 computers 2 cards each will run the bill up to $44 a week for me.

Catcoin and Dogecoin value on Coinedup and Cryptsy is continuing to drop. I think it's value got cut in half in one week? Could be even less than one week..

so many cryptocurrency... i did not know there were so many... I started mining Bitcoin 2 years ago and I decided to stop back then because they were only worth about 3$ each, the cost of running my 2 5850 and 6950 was just too much. I sold like 10 BTC back then for 30$ or something. Now late last year I started to mine Litecoin using 2 7970 and I ran my rig for about 24 hours and again I don't think it's profitable, I am not 100% sure about that but it just doesn't feel right. Now if I had some old hardware CPU/mobo/ram/HDD just laying around not doing anything and if I did not have to pay for electricity then I think it might be a good idea to mine any cryptocurrency I guess :(
