Default Can anyone solve this mystery?

I have 2 7970 Lightning in Crossfire.
Intel i7 3820 oced to 4.4ghz

While in most games I dont experience much problems the cards are usualy maxed out,
there's definitely something wrong with BF3.
On singleplayer I always have both GPUs at 99 percent.
Multiplayer is a different issue. Hardly ever crosses the 75 mark.

Now about a week ago I replaced my monitor with a 1400p capable one.
I fired up BF3 multiplayer and BAM they hardly ever drop below 99%.

What's the reason for this?

im guessing that your previous monitor was of lower resolution than 1440p, so with the new monitor your cards are maxed out at full load 24/7. if that is a problem for you, then perhaps try playing with vsync to drop those cards utilization down in less stressful scenerios while gaming.

Not a problem at all my friend :)
I want them fully utilized so I can add a 2nd 1400p monitor.

Multiplayer in BF3 disables some of the graphical enhancements found in single-player, so that is why it is showing lower % utilization in single player. Can't say why you are @ 99%, but as suggested above, it could be a result of not capping your fps with something like v-sync.
