Sapphire 2400 Pro PCIe problems

I got a Sapphire 2400Por PCIe card and asrock Wolfdale1333D667 motherboard, turn off the system install the card windows XP was able to recognize it. Download the latest ATI Drivers installed the drivers. Ask me to reboot the system, after reboot no display at all either vga or the dvi which is frustrating....

anyones else experience this I'm beginning to hate ATI so many issues, not satisfied with it I tried to install it to another system Asrock Conroe mother board install the drivers same this no display after reboot? is the car or it just not compatible with the motherboard??
