Work with 3D?

CFx drivers got a lot better, but are not up to par with NVIDIA.

I do agree the single card drivers are fine.
Dude. Not all games were eff'd. Only a few. Your "AMD sucks" campaign among these forums is getting annoying.

This is what I was replying to:

Quote:
Crossfire configs have recently been fixed, so by all accounts drivers are up to par with what Nvidia has.
1. AMD frame metering does not work as well as NVIDIA's hardware + software solution. FCAT shows more latency still.

2. In TechPowerUp CFx reviews this year, they were seeing scaling issues with 5-6 of the 16 very popular games tested. That is not "a few", it's a HUGE percentage.

3. No DX9, no EyeFinity, no OpenGL.

How is that "up to par with what NVIDIA has"?

More importantly, why do you want inaccurate information that glosses over AMD's continuing deficiencies left unchallenged on forums that are supposed to be for exchange of information?

I'll stop posting AMD is lacking when they aren't, not because some people want them to have an easier time selling parts to uninformed consumers.

If Skymtl posts anything I said is not the truth, I'll delete it.

Nvidia sucks too. In the game I play the most, World of Tanks, it cannot display the foliage properly leading always to shuttering. AMD does not have this problem.

Yuup. I've been having more and more problems with Nvidia lately. Glitching in BF3 is one example.

But, this is a thread on AMD's never settle gaming package. We shouldn't even be talking about drivers at all.

Saints Row IV now part of the bundle! Still more games to be added at later dates.

What is the expiry date on the codes? Until the end of 2013?

Cool cookies. I guess I will not use it until Christmas. Maybe (hopefully) most of the new releases will be added on to it.

Do new games cycle through and replace earlier titles. As in, can I wait till December, and then pick from a full list?

Bought a Gigabyte HD7970 today and have taken a look at the nine games - I need to pick three. Dirt3 and Showdown I already own, so now 3 of 7. Looking over the others I thought maybe the Sniper game but looking at reviews I'm not so sure. Right now I'm thinking of Far Cry 3 and Tomb Raider. Saints Row just seems interesting but weird. Would love to see BF4 or F1 or Nascar racing.
