Default choice between 2 laptops

Hello guys

I'm trying to buy a new laptop, but my budget is rather low, so i ended up with 2 choices, however I'm really concerned about the graphics card. I'm not really a gamer, but I'm crazy about my 1080p Anime .. I watch videos all the time.. sometimes I like to go back to my old roots and play some ps1/ps2 emu on my laptop.

Toshiba P875-S7310

Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM Processor
Windows 8
Mobile Intel® HD Graphics
64MB-1696MB dynamically allocated shared graphics memory
Memory and Storage
8GB DDR3 1600MHz memory

Asus K55VD-SX428H

Intel Core i5 - 3210M-2.5 GHz
4.8GT/s DMI 3 Mb L3 Cache
4GB DDr3 ram can be upgraded to 8
and a 2GB NVIDIA GEforce 610M graphics card

I'm paying around $550 for the Asus and $600 for the Toshiba, Do u think both can support my needs easily? and which would u personally buy ?

My System Specs

PS2 Emulators need a fair bit of CPU power, but much less GPU power. I have a Sandy Bridge i5 laptop with very similar specs to the Asus you have listed and it's not quite enough. The i7 in the Toshiba *should* be enough. Either one will do 1080p anime. 10 bit should also be no problem.

And for that matter, the Geforce 610 is really not any faster than the integrated chip in the i7.
Personal Rig: See System Specs
HTPC: Core i3-4160, MSI H81i, 4GB G-Skill DDR3 1333, 400GB Recertified Seagate, 1TB WD Caviar Green, 750GB WD Caviar Blue 2.5", Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanced, Windows 7 x64, 32" Seiki LCD TV, Panasonic SA-HE75 5.1 Reciever

I'm surprised to hear that an i5 2C/4T CPU is not enough to watch 1080i anime. I have to ask, is your computer purely just video, non 3D gaming and web surfing? If so, I think the Tobie would be better since it is a 4C/8T CPU and double the RAM but neither of them support 1080.

Asus: 15.6" 16:9 HD (1366x768) LED Backlight
Tobie: 1600x900, 16:9 aspect ratio, Supports 720p content
