Is a 50/50 throw up.. 1 will do better in soem games the other in others... Pick based on reviews that include your preferred games really / personal preference.

THere are some future games that are under AMD's Gaming Evolved: Battlefield 4, Lost Planet 3, Company of Heroes 2, SPlinter Cell Blacklist, Grid 2, WacthDOgs, and Raven's Cry. So if those games interest you, then yes they should be optimised for an AMD card - but it doesn't always mean that an nvidia card will perform worse.

Especially at 1080.. Nvidia card tend to be a lil better and with AA. but yea.. read reviews and see is all you can.. the rest is guess work.

if it's not a k then it's not unlocked. (That doesn't mean you can't oc it but it'll be harder and with much limited results)

Only reason to choose an i7 over an i5 is if your doing lots of encoding / rendering etc. You will see no difference in games unless running a benchmark (even then the difference is tiny)
That or there is a big discount. :)

i5 4670k costs : Rs16200 is it a great buy at that cost
vs
i7 3770k :Rs19950
or i7 4770 : Rs 20289

does i5 4670k will be same future proof as i7 4770 in gaming.

If you're mainly using it for gaming, I'd lean towards the 4670k.

I was initially planning on getting a 4770k myself, and I still might for my office PC, but I actually went with a 3570k for my own gaming rig (granted, I was given a free LGA1155 mobo). This was on the advice of a pro reviewer, and after gaming on it for two months I'd say he guided me well. 3570k overclocks like a boss and it's been up to the task for everything I've thrown at it. Picked it up at Micro Center for $169 which blew my mind. Based on my experience with the 3570k, I wouldn't expect the 4670k to disappoint.
