Uh, that is a used card for sale by a member here. No free games with that card! Unless he gives you the codes.

I've just moved from a 7970 Lightning to a 680 - had problems with the former and RMA haven't had any units left so my choice was either to wait or get a Zotac 680 AMP Edition (which I did).
At 2560x1440 the 7970 was overall 10 percent faster @1200MHz than the 680 @1225MHz.

If you want Bioshock Infinite and Crysis 3, I would watch the sales on newegg and TigerDirect. You can sell your 680 for around what a 7970 on sale costs and get those two games free. (or Far Cry 3/Hitman Absolution/Sleeping Dogs at Tiger Direct, they still have both bundles)

I have two 7970s and two 680s and both my monitors are 25X16. As noted by others, you're not going to notice any performance differences, but getting two or three games free is worth it if you were going to buy those games anyway. (and FC3/Bioshock/Crysis 3 were on my "must have" list)

=(

I just returned my 7970 today because I couldn't find someone to trade with for a 680. Had I checked this forum today I would've contacted you for a swap. Damn the 25 post minimum count for posting in the BST section. >:(

I too would like to get the games that come with the 7970 and they are on my must have list, another reason that trading the GTX 680 for a 7970 seems to make sense.

If that's a consideration for you, and you have the money, then do it. Just try to sell you GTX680 ahead of time, and try to get as much money for it as possible.
