you don't really need a huge new psu for a low end card... I would buy the best gpu you can, then worry about a psu later. my old system had an i5 760 overclocked to 4ghz and a 6850, and it only drew 320w from the wall full load... I can't see your system pulling more than that. Hopefully this helps

But chances are his PSU is a no-name brand that won't even cut half of its rated load.
Why take chances with that?
I say,PSU first.

If you really want to have decent gaming I say go for one of the power supplies mentioned, and then save a bit more money for a better graphics card.
