Video Card not working?

Well, I'm back again lol. So, my parts came today and I put the PC together. The screen wasn't showing so I took out the video card and put my DVI cord in the onboard gfx card and it works fine.

PC SPECS:

CPU: i7 3770k
MOTHERBOARD: ASROCK Z77 PRO4
GPU: 660Ti EVGA FTW EDITION
PSU: CORSAIR AX750
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 16GB
CASE: THERMALTAKE MK1 (or whatever it's called)

Few questions:

Was the card working fine in your previous build?
Had all the power connectors attached?
Did you select to have pci-e graphics over IGP (or whatever terminology they use) in the bios?

ok your on PCI (MB)video you need to change in bios NorthBridge set-up to PCI-E (slot)

put back your video card ..system off make sure power connections are in to card

boot in to bios and change to PCI-E then save

if screen goes blank or it reboots to black screen then remove moniter cable from MB video port and move it

to your video card primary port if has 2 ports

It was already selected as that

thats werid onboard video not default

try resetting cmos by remove AC powercord from PSU and push start button to drain power, then reset cmos and replace jumper then power up

for manual say looks pci-e slot first by default

another thing is MB firmware up to date ?
