GTX 660Ti 3GB v. GTX 670 2GB
Which would run better on a 2560x1600 monitor? I play fairly demanding games like Far Cry 3, Battlefield 3, Borderlands 2, etc.

Depends on what you're testing. You need to define that. Is this for games? If so, which ones? Is this a single or multi-monitor setup? What resolution? etc., etc., etc....

Unless you are running VERY high res and only in a select few scenarios would I give the edge to the 660Ti.

As 7 of 9 would say: "3 Gigs is Irrelevant"

As Bond007 also said the thing is that the 3gigs will help you only if you are running extremely high resolution and multiple monitors. Assuming you are running 1080p (most are) the 670 will by far be the faster card. So I'd put my money there definitely.
