Benchmark 3Dmark 7950... is it good??

Hello,

I just run the 3DMark and I did this for the first time and im not sure if this performance is good.
So I hope maybe one of you guys know it.

1. AMD Radeon HD 7950 video card benchmark result - Intel Core i5-3570K Processor,MSI Z77A-GD55 (MS-7751) score: P9195 3DMarks <--- here I had everything set in the control center to performance


2. AMD Radeon HD 7950 video card benchmark result - Intel Core i5-3570K Processor,MSI Z77A-GD55 (MS-7751) score: P8459 3DMarks <--- here I have everything set to factory default...


so now the question is

which one is better to use?
because the 2nd has more balanced score but I dont know what is best ?

The higher the score the better. I would say it is ok but are you running on the latest drivers? I have seen folks on OCN break 11k on their 7950 and most break 10k. I'm not sure what you mean by performance settins in afterburner.

What kind of cooler is on your card. Reference or dual fan?

What i mean was on the catalyst control center... the settings you can change on your GPU from the driver if u know what I mean...

and I have the XFX HD7950 Double dissipation

and I have the latest drivers... I checked today and it said it was the latest

Here is also the clock settings in afterburner... maybe it helps for you to see whats wrong or not?

Is your card overclocked or is that stock. If it's stock I'd say that is probably about right, close to a gtx 670.

I would say that is a pretty nice overclock and improvement. Your physics score is a little low which is bringing your score down.

I'm no expert but it could be due to the 3570k.

I couldn't break 10k on my 670 until i switched from 3570k to 3770k.
