you really don't know if it is a good overclocker until you get it and see for yourself.The pre overclock ones you get ,you know they will at least do what they are rated to do.But my self I always just get the default clock ones because 90% of the time they will over clock to the pre overclock ones and a lot of the time they will do even better.I usally save the $20 and just get the non overclock versions.

I would go for the one that has three gigs of vram,the MSI is just $339 or $319 with the rebate plus it is overclocked a little bit.
