Unless you are running retail Windows 8 your issues and points are moot.

I read somewhere else that the new 12.11 driver will be out at 6PM ET today (3PM PT). I could be wrong also... who knows.

Wow. I so hope they will continue developing drivers like this. And, does anyone knows how do they affect the HD6xxx cards' performance?

Well this driver update has caused me to switch 2 builds from nvidia over to AMD already. I am glad I can install it now :)

I want to see some folks really test stability. In my experience, nVidia has slipped a little in this regard, but is still way ahead of my most recent experiences with AMD drivers (been about 18+ months now)

Additional performance is useless to me if the stability is not there. Catalyst Control Center was a huge turnoff...they still using that for AMD stuff?

Greatly looking forward to some F@H numbers...would love to give some cash to AMD, but I refuse to settle lol
