HD 7850 for $129.99 and $20MIR pricing error

As the title states. NCIX has a gigabyte hd 7850 for $249.99 and a $20 MIR to make it $229.99, however when you add it to cart it comes up as $129.99-MIR = $109.99. I would say pricing error, but if anyone wants to give it a shot, go for it. I am tempted, but decided not to bother since I don't really need it. Found this on RFD, but thought I would post here.

Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850 OC 975MHZ 2GB 4.8GHZ GDDR5 DVI HDMI 2XMINIDP PCI-E Video Card

Enjoy if you get it.

It is not I want, but I cannot resist the price. Just ordered it. Let us see what will happen. Thanks.

Good catch. Ordered.

So far, I have received order confirmation with payment processed, order has not yet processed. Keep my fingers crossed.

Good luck. If it does get shipped at that price I think I will kick my own behind for not ordering, but I really don't need it...but it was such a good opportunity I had to post to HWC before all the RFD people got em.

They caught on and it's reset back to the original price. $5 say they will cancel all the orders that at the wrong price.

Mena October 20, 2012 07:54 PM

Meh. It was kind of wrong for us to even try to be honest.

Chris October 21, 2012 03:01 PM

Ncix canceled my order and refunded my money claiming they have a glitch.

"Due to a website glitch, some of the items which were strictly meant for the BC Warehouse sale ended up on the website. Unfortunately we will not be able to fulfill these orders"

In the old days, Eaton's and Simpsons would have honored their mistakes.

In a retail store they'd be required to by law (at least in NS). Pricing errors are the stores fault but they get away with it online with the disclaimers on their pages about "not reposnible for errors" and such.
