Make sure the card is seated and the lock engages. Plug the cables in as shown in the photos and you are good to go.

Edit: I'm up and running guys! Thank you all so much for all the help. I knew that it would work, but i was nervous as this RMA process took about 1 month or 1 month and half. Thanks again!
