Nvidia GTX 660 Ti Asus, MSI or Galaxy

So after a long day of looking up prices and bench marks I decided on a card and that is the GTX 660 Ti but there is still one problem; deciding form the three company’s I want to buy from.
So I thought maybe one of you could give me some input on what company to go with.

Galaxy? beuh... i don't know them,prolly not the best quality.. Asus?mhmhmhmhh :( better than nothing ,CU ll is not that bad...

MSI:yeah! awesome coolers,15 less degrees than other cards,and it's quite silent!!! and awesome overclocking ! hell yeah xD

Actually Galaxy are very highly regarded and have good customer support. One of their techs frequents these forums. The best thing for you to do is research the cards you think you might be interested in. Look at reviews (there are some very good ones right here on HWC ) and make your decision then. Good luck.

I second the Galaxy support here on site. MSI has canadian RMA support (don't know about Galaxy), and Asus... is Asus. You never know what you gonna get.

M 660 Ti is an Asus, since it was the cheapest at the time.

I recommend Galaxy or MSI. MSI will probably have the best out of box features but Galaxy is a close second for sure. They are both very good companies.

he recommend MSI and galaxy but well i recommend MSI over galaxy for a simple reason,the cooling is better with MSI :) so take MSI,galaxy fans won't cool as well as MSI and if you take twinfroz 4 you have dust blowing technology

Galaxy has similar cooling and dust removal tech. I think you may need to do some research That said, MSI is a very good company and i would have no problem buying from them.

MSI has the best cooling ,the twin frozer 4 is the most efficient cooling system,i think you may need more research ;) That said,Galaxy probably not a bad company ;) ,i ddon't know if galaxy has the dust blowing tech,all i know is that twinfroz will be the best for cooling per decibel,researched ;)

MSI is all-around good: 3-year transferable warranty with a Canadian centre and good custom design for non-reference cards. That said, the Twin Frozr doesn't excel in any particular field. It's slightly weaker cooling than Gigabyte's Windforce, it's not as quiet as ASUS or even Galaxy because of the characteristic high-pitched noise the fans make at higher speeds (speaking from experience), and Lightning is generally overpriced for features that are only good for liquid cooling.

Then there's coil whine, which MSI's 670--and from what I hear, the 660ti as well-- are prone to. I would lean toward ASUS, Gigabyte or Galaxy than MSI for this particular card.

EDIT: By the way, if you want an example of Galaxy service:

I bought a Galaxy 660ti 3GB on stellar reviews, but it made a slight rattling noise. The store wouldn't take it back because the techs testing it were deaf, non-English-speaking monkeys. My bitching online caught the attention of the Galaxy rep, who made sure things were made right. I had an RMA approved within 2 days, and a replacement card advanced to me in 3. It works like a charm, but what was really impressive was how quickly and efficiently the return was processed.

I even got to try the two cards in SLI before returning the old one. =D

YMMV, of course, but if you ever run into a problem, talk to the Galaxy rep. He does things dam good. XD
