Factory OC 670 or reference 680?

Hi,

Just a quick question, what would pack more of a punch? a factory overclocked 670, or a reference 680? Prices seem identical.

For example:
MSI 670 PE OC or a MSI 680.

Cheers,
Josh

MSI GeForce GTX 680 has been manufactured on a new 28nm process and features a core clock speed of 1006MHz (1058MHz boost), with 2GB of GDDR5 memory at 6008MHz with a 256bit bus

MSI GeForce GTX 670 Power Edition OC 2GB is equipped with the award winning Twin Frozr IV cooler, dual 80mm PWM fans and all solid capacitors and features a factory overclocked core clock speed of 1019MHz (1079MHz Boost).

680 for its not tweaked to the hilt yet as 670 is and 680 has better heat management

Out of the box the 680 will be faster, but if you're into overclocking then you're better off with the 670PE.

I'm surprised and distrustful of how much the 670 and 7950 seem to gain with OCs
