This card is now on sale at NCIX for $270 (incl rebate of $30). Is MSI any good? Is this card cool and quiet which are my criteria?

Jesus, I just bought my XFX OC black edition last month for $329 and thought I was getting a good deal... :(.. Awesome price on that card!
