Sell 7850 for 660?

I have an msi twin frozr iii 7850, it overclocks to 1100/1300(could go higher but this is what I am comfortable with heat and voltage wise). I wish i would have waited for nvidia to release their cards but I had sold my 6870 and needed a card. I want to switch to nvidia at some point because of drivers/quality. I play games like skyrim and diablo and soon borderlands 2 at 1080P. Borderlands 2 PhysX is also another reason I would like to switch, so would a 660 be enough to turn it on? all the way? What card should i go for? [COLOR=blue !important][COLOR=blue !important]Evga[/COLOR] SC or msi non-oc, which i can oc to the same levels. I have heard evga has great customer support/service but that card also runs hotter. I can provide more system specs if needed. I was thinking if i sell my 7850 for around 175 then pay the ~60 difference to go to a 660. Also, would he 192 bit [COLOR=blue !important][COLOR=blue !important]memory [COLOR=blue !important]interface[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR] hinder me in any way? Later on? Or is it nothing to worry about. in all honesty I would not do it.

1) you would loose money
2) I have not heard of any driver issues with the 7xxx series with a single card. Are you having issues?
3) I checked a couple reviews and the difference between a 7850 and 660 in skyrim is negligable, and diablo is not very demanding. So you would basically be going through the hassle and cost for whatever performance benefits you would get in boderlands 2.

Well let me ask this, can physx be run from the CPU? If so how well will a 4.5ghz 3570k run it?

An 1100Mhz 7850 will be faster than a 660.

I may just keep the 7850, and maybe around Christmas time or something grab whe Msi 670PE that would match my mobo, I could then grab a psu and case and put my 955be and 7850 to use.
