If it can deliver the labeled power it only gives you 192watts of usable power. And as I mentioned earlier almost everything runs on 12v now, including the cpu and the graphics card. a 560 alone would be upwards of 150w (not sure the exact amount I would have to check it out).

I believe xfx psu's are all made by Seasonic

I tried running a gtx 460 with PSU rated at 500W. The PSU didn't last too long so I wouldn't risk it with your setup.

does using an external hard drive .....through usb2.0 to play games like bf 3 or crysis 2. slow them down....... or will it depend on the gpu and cpu ?????
