I guess SKY got his knickers in a twist over nothing? I see a 7950 from Sapphire, with boost sticker on the box for those people who can't tell otherwise...

With all the crap and shady things Nvidia has been doing for years, what AMD is doing here is nothing.

Skymtl is waaay overeacting IMHO. He always had huge Nvidia bias (but was really good for hiding it), but now he's exagerating...

Yeah, that's why he runs AMD cards on his main rig..... ;)

And..... we have yet to see any of these cards hit the street let alone be readily available (having a few cards air shipped to select retailers doesn't count in my books), nor have we seen what MSRP they're going to go for.

It does appear that owners of the original 2 bios w/ switch versions can get a free upgrade by using the bios which has been made available through the back door, but it remains to be seen if the board partners will be willing to roll these out as their vanilla cards and thus gut their current premium card offerings.

Sure, so why then didn't the 660TI get all sorts of awards?

Sometimes I wish you people had better things to do than go on a witch hunt...

All HWC hating and general nonsense can go into one of these two threads:

Updated HD 7950 Boost Edition Thread: PowerColor Launches HD 7950 Boost State Edition; Proves Our Concerns Unfounded

And for the love of hell, read the damn articles before posting.
