Default Sapphire Radeon HD6870 Jet Plane Edition?

I think I must of got some jet plane edition when I picked up this card off ebay as the fan at 100% literally shakes my computer desk and sounds like a jet plane. I believe I have the reference cooler on there. I don't need extreme cooling but what do you folks think would be a good cooling option for this card whilst keeping a budget in mind? I'd like something $50 or less if possible. I don't mind used if anyone has one kicking around. Wife will castrate me if I spend any more on this damn computer this month.

I don't always run it at 100% even at 50% its louder than my 6770 was at 100%
Yes, I do fold but I usually have it around 55% and only when I've gone to bed for the night. Otherwise its too loud to be in the same room. 55% seems to be sufficient to keep the temps from climbing.

I've been looking at those acceleros its probably what I'll go for.
However I wish I could somewhere that sold this:

ah okay and the artic cooling solutions have always been excellent for the money. Another one to consider is gelids icy vision 2 for gfx cards. I had one and it cooled very effectively at a low noise cost

Back in the day I got an arctic cooling for my 3870 it made it completely silent, I still use it today so I would recommend them...
