They are supposed to have a GTX-680 version ,I thinlk it is a bit to much ,the duall fan or the triple fan on a GTX-680 works plenty good.But it look like a bad ass card and should overclock great.

only problem (other than using tiny fans) is that i blows the hot air directly at your mobo.. and in probably the most air restricted space of a modern case...

Yeah, looked weird to me as well. The fans remind me those extremely loud ones found on rack servers...

The ones on racks tend to run 100% as they tend to not worry about noise... from an interview at some show (this was posted in the web reviews section before but a 680 version i think) they generally run at 10% - 20% idle and I think for noise about 40 - 50% load

Otherwise they will be noisy.
