Help with crossfire

Hey peoples
i need some help with crossfire
i wanted to know if the

XFX Radeon HD 7970 Overclocked Black Edition Double Dissipation Non Reference Card

(AMD Radeon)

would work in crossfire with the

ASUS Radeon HD 7970 Reference Card

(ASUS - Graphics Cards- ASUS HD7970-3GD5)

i don't own those cards but, it should work fine as you can set the core and memory clocks the same via the catalyst control center.

maybe overclock the reference card a little bit and underclock the double d.

I also wanted to know if a Corsair HX750 watt power supply will be enough to power this system
